Declaration of Cooperation

As part of the Oregon Solutions process (see Partners page), SPROut completed a Declaration of Cooperation to show the broad range of expertise and leadership from many partners, including institutional, private, governmental, and academic organizations.

These organizations signed the Declaration of Cooperation in 2004 attesting to their support of SPROut's Mission and Strategic Plan. This declaration is a non-legal and non-binding document simply serving as a public and cooperative show of support for SPROut. It also serves to remind organizations, even as specific people come and go, that they have indicated this support.

The people/organizations listed below also served on SPROut's original Research Council. The Research Council met periodically during 2004-2006 to review on-going research, develop potential research partnerships, support grant efforts, and recommend research priorities and new partnerships for research.
